If so, then NOURISH fertility Method was designed exactly for you. After helping hundreds of couple to conceive we know that sometimes you just need more support, guidance and a solid action plan to achieve a happy, healthy pregnancy. So, what does that look like? 

▫️An initial consultation of 90 minutes to discuss your clinical history in detail. We delve deep into your fertility history and leave no stone unturned. Is there undiagnosed Endometriosis? Have male factor issues been thoroughly investigated? Is your immune system saying a big fat NO to pregnancy? These are some of the more common things we see in clinic that we are trained to spot but rest assured we will be making sure we work out what’s going on for you. This initial consultation includes your first acupuncture treatment.

▫️A bespoke follow up email plan unique to you – this may include recommendations for hormone testing, ultrasound, referrals to specialists if necessary. Ultimately we are committed to helping you get to the root cause of your fertility issues. We don’t let you spend money in areas that are not necessary and therefore we will only recommend tests or referrals that we believe will improve your chances of a healthy pregnancy. Let’s face it the world of fertility tests is a minefield, so let us help you navigate it. 

▫️6 x 1 hour sessions of acupuncture, reflexology or you can mix and match both!
▫️3 x 1 hour sessions (either online or in person) to discuss nutrition, supplements, test results & support you
▫️2 x 30 minute zoom calls at any point to offer coaching & support

The plan is designed to cover a 14 week period and therefore all sessions should be completed within this timeframe however discretion will be used when appropriate ie: waiting on test results/illness etc.
